A consumer can order a minimum of 5 cubic meters (176 CFT) — equivalent to one transit mixer vehicle load. Our standard transit mixers carry 6–7 m³ per load. For smaller pours, adjusted delivery terms may be discussed with our marketing team.
Iron Built Ready-Mix Concrete is supplied across Dhaka City and adjacent areas including: Savar, Hemayetpur, Baipail, Gazipur, Kaliyakair, Narayanganj, Kanchpur, and Demra — all within an optimal 2-hour transit window from our batching plants.
In just 24 hours, concrete of the specified compressive strength can be supplied according to user demand — provided that all required information (grade, quantity, site address, and delivery schedule) has been submitted in advance.
Iron Built RMC offers the following standard compressive strength grades: PSI 2500, 3000, 3500, 4000, 4500, 5000, 5500, 6000, 6500, 7000, and above. Custom mix designs are also accepted based on customers' structural engineer specifications.
Iron Built exclusively uses Iron Built Cement in all its Ready-Mix Concrete batches. Iron Built Cement has successfully passed the BUET quality test for over 100 consecutive months, ensuring consistent and reliable structural performance.
Yes. Iron Built supplies high-capacity boom pumps (36m to 52m reach) and stationary line pumps based on site height and accessibility. Pumping is especially recommended for high-rise buildings as it reduces manpower costs and speeds up concrete placement.
Quality is ensured at multiple stages:
At site: Slump check for workability is performed at every batch.
Test cylinders are cast on-site — one set cured for 28 days, another sent to BUET / authorized lab for independent PSI verification.
At plant: Aggregates are tested by Los-Angeles Method, unit weight, specific gravity, and sand silt content checks are routinely performed.
Proper curing is essential for concrete to achieve its design strength. Water ponding or wet burlap curing should begin as soon as the concrete sets initially. Curing must continue uninterrupted for a minimum of 7 to 14 days to prevent premature cracking and strength loss.
